Use this checklist when preparing your first live GymOS rollout.
1. Confirm your operating structure
- Decide whether the gym will run as a single location or multi-branch setup.
- Identify who needs owner-level access and who should receive staff roles.
2. Gather the data you want to import
- Active members and contact details
- Package types and current package status
- Existing staff records
- Any pending enquiries or follow-up notes worth carrying over
3. Define your first-day workflows
- Who creates new members?
- Who records package sales and collections?
- Who manages attendance corrections?
- Who reviews daily exceptions?
4. Prepare your team
Ask each team lead to walk through the specific flows they will own. GymOS works best when the team agrees on who performs each action instead of sharing everything informally.
5. Launch in phases if needed
If the gym currently uses mostly manual processes, start with members, packages, and collections first. Add attendance, plans, and broader reporting once the core flows are stable.
